This includes space planning logic, finishes selection guidance, and visual representation so you can confidently approve the outcome before execution. Where applicable, we share 3D visuals that reflect the proposed layout, lighting mood, and materials interaction—helping you see scale, contrast, and detailing clearly. Our approach is approval-led: we guide you through key decisions in the correct sequence so you approve the essentials first (layout and finish direction) before we lock quantities, costing, and execution details. This prevents late changes that inflate budget and delay timelines, while ensuring the final look remains consistent and premium from concept to completion.
04. Execution Supervision, Quality Checks & Handover
Execution is where design becomes reality—and where quality control matters most. We supervise sequencing, workmanship, alignment, and detailing to ensure the finish matches the approved direction. This includes monitoring installation quality, ensuring correct preparation work, verifying material usage, and maintaining consistent standards across edges, joints, patterns, lighting alignment, and feature areas. We also carry out progress checks and final quality verification so defects are addressed early rather than discovered at the end. Handover is delivered clean and organized, with clear confirmation of what was done, what was installed, and how to maintain key finishes.
